Mississaga is glued with her hybrid work model, moving towards full -time office returns despite Brampton and Province.
Mississaga Mayor Caroline Parish confirmed on Friday that Mississaga would not follow Brampton. Instead, the city will continue its hybrid model, the option to work from far away for three days in the office with employees, and the other two.
“Eighty percent of our 8,378 employees already prefer to stay in the office five days a week, while the remaining 20 percent work is hybrid.” Parish said on social media.
It comes Provincial government announced on Thursday That folk servants will have to start October 20 in the office starting on four days a week, and will have to ramp for five days a week by 5 January 2026.
