Timothy Busfield has surrendered to police Four-day manhunt involving actors from U.S. Marshals after he was accused of sexually abusing children.

According to the criminal complaint, the alleged abuse occurred from November 2022 to the spring of 2024. The charges against Bousfield also include kissing a boy on the face while he was getting a haircut at a hair and makeup trailer, police documents show.
The Albuquerque Police Department began investigating Bousfield in November 2024 after a doctor at the University of New Mexico Hospital reported alleged sexual abuse to police. In February 2025, Warner Bros. received the complaint and launched an independent investigation, but the company was unable to find any evidence to support the accusations.
Police documents show Busfield told investigators in November that he believed the victim’s mother was trying to retaliate against him because her children were not cast in the show’s final season.
