Javed Ahmed Rana, Minister of Water Power, Forest, Ecology and Environment and Tribal Affairs, has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the traded demise of 2011 batch Kas officer Rajinder Singh Rana, who lost his life in a fatal accident due to a landslide while traveling with his family.
He expressed his deep condolences on the death of the officer’s son, who also died due to his injuries, adding the gravity of the tragedy.
In his condolence message, the minister described the late officer as an honest, dedicated and skilled civil servant who served people with integrity and commitment.
He said that the untimely demise of Rajinder Singh Rana is not only for his family and colleagues, but also for the administrative fraternity and the public.
The minister expressed concern and sympathy to the family members of the officer, who faced injuries in the incident.
Expressing his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the minister prayed to the departed souls for eternal peace and gave strength to the injured.
He expressed solidarity with the grieved family during this hour and prayed for his courage to bear this irreparable loss.
