Minimum wage increase ‘a little bit less’ than expected, economist says

KPMG Economist Brendan Rynne says the Fair Work Commission’s 5.75 per cent increase to the minimum wage is “a little bit less” than what was expected.

“I actually thought the Fair Work Commission would come up something in the high sx to seven per cent range,” Mr Rynne told Sky News Australia.
