Photos of Mr Johnson sparked debate online, with some mocking his appearance and others praising his dedication [anti-ageing/health optimization].
One user wrote: “A fuller face makes you look younger, but I don’t doubt you feel healthier now and are getting healthier. Look at babies and toddlers. The reason they look young and cute is because they A round, chubby face. Being thinner and slimmer is healthier, but for most people it doesn’t make them “look younger”
“It’s crazy how much better you look in 2018,” another user wrote.
A third user wrote: “Interesting shift in hair color, your body has to get a better supply of minerals for that to happen, very cool!”
Mr. Johnson is a former Silicon Valley executive known for his obsession with fighting aging. Johnson claims that his biological age has been reversed by more than five years and his health indicators have improved. He invested heavily in the Blueprint Program, which included special diets, medical monitoring, therapy and exercise. Earlier this year, Johnson claimed to have reversed her hair loss with another self-developed program.
