According to the Meteorological Department, the north is a cyclonic circulation in the Andaman Sea and the nearby Myanmar coast.
This cyclone will move towards north and northwest and will reach the northern Gulf of Bengal by Monday.
At the same time, there is a possibility of a low pressure from Myanmar and Bangladesh coast by 25 September in the north -east Gulf of Bengal.
“This will turn into a deep depression in the next two to three days. As a result, there is a possibility of rain in the beginning of Durga Puja. Heavy rains are likely to be in the coastal areas. In that case, the fourth will start heavy rains (September 25). Said.
There is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms in all districts of South Bengal on Monday.
There is a warning of one to two mm of heavy rain on Monday in South 24 Parganas, East Midnapur and West Midnapur districts.
On Tuesday, there is a warning of heavy rains in South 24 Parganas, East Midnapur and parts of West Midnapur and Bankura districts.
On the other hand, North Bengal will also experience rain.
There is a possibility of thunderstorms and lightning in all districts on Sunday.
All districts from Darjeeling to Malda are likely to rain with thunderstorms and lightning.
Gusty winds with a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour can also be seen with rain.
The city of Kolkata will also be a witness to light for moderate rains from Monday, which is likely to reduce the feeling of celebration.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has already asked the organizers of Durga Puja to take precaution and all necessary preparations in view of bad weather.
