Meghan Markle, who has been making headlines for her decision to bypass the UK for Nigeria, has broken cover in Montecito.

The Duchess of Sussex stole the spotlight with her move ahead of her husband Harry’s London show, teasing the Duke that cameras follow him wherever he goes.

Meghan was all smiles and excited when she attended a special invitational event in Harry’s hometown just two days before Harry’s highly anticipated visit to Britain.

The former Suits star looked stylish at a networking event in her exclusive neighborhood, Montecito, on Thursday.

The mother of two attended the Rosewood Miramar Beach Hotel and sat front row at the event hosted by Greycroft, a venture capital firm that partners with entrepreneurs.

Meghan dazzled in a cream shirt. To enhance her look, she styled her hair in loose waves. Her appearance at the event was captured by a fan, who shared photos of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet’s mom on Instagram.

The outing comes amid claims Meghan is making Harry’s upcoming trip “sad” with her decision to live with the children in California. However, some royal A&PR experts described the duchess’s move as wise and sensible.
