Meghan Markle asks Netflix for help to support ‘struggling’ brand

Meghan Markle is resorting to desperate measures to maintain several business ventures she has recently launched.
am writing for daily MailRoyal author Richard Eden revealed that the Duchess of Sussex has started talks with Netflix after failing to find a chief executive officer (CEO) for her cooking and lifestyle business, American Riviera Orchard.
“The initial search for a CEO has not yet been completed,” Eden said, citing a California-based source.
This led the former actress to convince the streaming giant to enter into a commercial partnership with the brand.
“This is something new for Netflix,” the insider shared. “It will run a lifestyle business with Meghan, developing products as a spin-off from her show.
“If the partnership is agreed upon, it is likely that Netflix will install its own CEO to run operations,” he explained.
The potential deal would mimic that of husband-and-wife duo Chip and Joanna Gaines, who host Fixer Upper, a home renovation show.
As an additional effort, they teamed up with HGTV/Warner Bros. for their Magnolia Network, through which they sell lifestyle products such as bedding inspired by the program.
