A group of four unidentified men allegedly robbed a store in Rohini of all its jewellery and gold bars after threatening its owner and staffer with weapons, police said. According to police, the incident took place Friday night, and the case has been transferred to the Crime Branch, who are trying to nab the accused.

The complainant, Praveen Gupta (48), who runs the store with his father said around 7 pm, four men wearing helmets and masks entered the shop, followed him into his cabin as he ran, and locked the room, threatening to fire at him.
“They took all the jewellery pieces on display. My staffer told me the accused also stole my car key, my phone, Rs 75,000 cash and gold bars,” reads the FIR lodged on the complaint of Gupta, who said he is yet to estimate the value of the robbed items.
A senior officer from Crime Branch said they are checking CCTVs and suspect the role of a known person or employee.
