York Regional Police said that a long -time doctor in Markham has been accused of two cases of sexual harassment following incidents during medical appointments at a local clinic.
According to investigators, the first incident occurred on July 7, 2025, when a patient participated in an appointment in a medical clinic on Markham Road. During the journey, the doctor allegedly touched the victim sexually. The victim immediately left and reported the incident to the police.
The YRP said that the victim revealed a prior appointment in the same clinic in November 2023. He recalled similar inappropriate behavior by the same doctor, but did not report it at that time, assuming that the action could be medically necessary.
As a result of the investigation, the police have made two allegations of sexual attacks against 62-year-old Kiss Abdel Malouka Abdel Malak of Whichurch-Staffville.
Officials have mentioned that the accused is a practice doctor for 30 years. His picture has been released.
