The teenage boy called the police as he hid in the bathroom, before Brown grabbed the baseball bat, broke the room.

The prosecutor said Jake told the officials that there was no argument to justify the defendant’s actions and there was nothing, and the attack was like “watching a horror film”.

Susan Piercene, Joan’s mother, said in her statement, read in court by Ms. Heer: “We can only imagine how frightening her last moments were at the hands of Jajwell Brown.

“Our own good is also seriously compromised. Our faith in humanity has been severely shaken. We don’t think we will ever understand.”

Brown blamed two murder cases, two murder cases, a public place stabbing a knife and a protected animal for causing unnecessary suffering.

The court heard that he had 10 previous guilty for 15 separate offenses, including a battery crime against a former partner, for which he was convicted in 2009.

While appearing in the dock, the defendant only talked to confirm his identity during the sentence and looked down with his head, as the affected effect statements were read.
