A 76 -year -old man has been sent to custody Lessing dessert with sedac in a children’s summer camp In Lessestershire.
John Ruben, Vet Court in Rudington, NottinghamshireBetween 25-29 July, the summer camp was accused of child cruelty crimes related to three boys.
He was accused of attacking in three cases of will, sick treatment, ignoring, abandoning, or exposing children, causing them to suffer unnecessary pain or health.
The Leesteroushire police received a report on Sunday that children had become ill at Stathorn Lodge in Canal Lane, Statharne.
Eight children, all boys between the ages of eight to 11 and an adult were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Police said he was discharged.
The defendant, who stood in the dock wearing a gray sweatshirt, spoke to confirm his name, date of birth and address during only four minutes of hearing.
Ruben was told by the chairman of Magistrate Elizabeth Needam that he would appear next time Lessaster Crown Court On 29 August.
He did not indicate his arguments during the hearing on Saturday.
Ruben was arrested on Monday evening in a nearby pub, who was suspected to be poisoned or was a poisonous thing with the intention of getting injured, aggressive or angry.
Police said that “the owner and operator of the Stathorn Lodge are independent of those who use or rent the lodge and are not associated with the event”.

Lodge is a sports hall and a converted farmhouse with catering facilities.
