A man’s body was last seen Mount Snowdon Found after two days of discovery.
North Wales Police The body of 27 -year -old Kiran confirmed the body, whose last name has not been released, was found on Tuesday afternoon.
He was last seen near the pig track in the Bawal Glass area some time before 12 noon on Monday, when he went to the top of the mountain at around 7 pm.
In an update on Tuesday, Chief Inspector Emma Parry said: “My deep condolences remain with Kiran’s family in this very difficult time.
“This is not the result we expected, and I will once again thank fellow agencies and all who supported our discoveries.
“The family also wants to thank the Mountain Rescue Teams who assisted in search of Kiran, as well as all other agencies.”
North Wales Police Said that Kiran’s family has been informed and the coroner has been made aware.
On Monday, the force said that they were “getting worried rapidly” for Kiran and said that a multi-agency search was going on to find them.
He was particularly keen to talk to a group of walkers who spoke to Kiran before noon and asked those in the area to check the photographs taken to see if Kiran was in his background.
In another update on Tuesday, the force said that he has not yet received any other confirmation of Karan.
