Man injured in Toronto, suspect wanted

The Toronto Police is investigating a stabbing that occurred during the busy on Friday morning in the Church-Walesley neighborhood.

Emergency employees were called in Yonge Street and Charles Street East area after news just before 8 am that a person was stabbed.

The officer reached the scene with Toronto paramedics, who treated the victim for injuries. The limit of man’s status has not been released yet.

The police describes the suspect as a white man with a ponytail, who was last seen wearing a black track pants. He was seen running from the north via a nearby parking garage.

The officers are urging anyone to contact the area with information, dashakam footage, or surveillance video.
