Seven Jewish campus has been targeted in different incidents in recent weeks, Metropolitan Police Said on Thursday. Four synagogues and a private residence were smeared with a substance, while a liquid was thrown over a school and a car.
CST (Community Security Trust), Jewish bodies that advise communities on security stated that stool and urine were used in some attacks.
The police force described the incidents as “frightening”. KT Harbor, the Superintendent of North West Command, who is leading the investigation, said: “These are rebellion and frightening acts.”
The Metropolitan police said on Saturday that without a certain address, accused in six cases of racial or religious increased criminal damage, and a count of racial or religious harassment without violence.

As a result of interrogation, the officials were able to connect a seventh incident on Friday 15 August and a liquid was thrown on a car attached to the fifth synagogue.
Superintendent Zubin Writer, who leads local policing in Barnet, Brent and Harrow, said: “We will always accept the allegations of this nature very seriously and these allegations follow the investigation by a team of local authorities.
“We continue to provide assistance to local residents including members of the Jewish community.”
The level of antisementism across the UK increased on 7 October 2023 by Hamas on Israel and in the latter war in Gaza in the wake of Hamas attacks. CST said in February that the country faced its second worst year for antisementism in 2024, with more than 3,500 incidents.
Following the incidents, a CST spokesperson said: “Golders are completely disgusting and deeply disturbed in Golders Green and in many Jewish places.”
A spokesperson of the campaign against antisementism said: “These frequent incidents are leaving the British Jews worried and weak in their own neighborhoods, not to mention disgusting.”
