Congress President Mallikrajun Kharge will open a debate for the party on Operation Sindoor in Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.

The Congress has been allotted an estimated time of two hours out of the total 16 hours allocated to discuss Operation Sindoor.

The discussion is to be held a day after the discussion in the Lok Sabha tomorrow.

According to sources, Rajnath Singh and S Jaishankar will be among the ministers who will participate in the discussion in the Rajya Sabha. PM Modi is also expected to intervene in the discussion.

Meanwhile, the proceedings of both the houses of Parliament have been postponed till noon till date, shortly after, they called Rukas on the demands of discussions on various issues, in which Operation Sindore and Voter List Amendment are being done in Bihar.
