Workers of the ‘Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi’ created ruckus and wreaked havoc during election expert Yogendra Yadav’s speech in Akola, Maharashtra. After being rescued by the police, Yogendra Yadav was seen among the workers in Vanchit. The police took Yogendra Yadav to the police station in a jeep. During this period, the workers shouted slogans and tried to surround him.

According to sources, a meeting was organized in Akola on Monday with the theme ‘Lokshahi Suraksha Aani Aapalam Mat’. During this time, Loktantrik Manch convener and election expert Yogendra Yadav delivered a speech. Later, Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi’s staff disrupted the lecture program.

During the meeting, workers broke chairs and threw microphones and other items from the stage. They surrounded Yogendra Yadav and raised slogans of “give answer, give answer”. The situation got so bad that the police had to get involved.

As the police tried to take Yogendra Yadav to safety, destitute activists also tried to attack the police vehicle. Yogendra Yadav’s speech mainly focused on supporting Maha Vikas Aghadi in the upcoming assembly elections, but poor workers opposed his stance.
