The BJP is the largest party in Maharashtra with 132 seats.
Maharashtra held elections in a phased manner on November 20 and the results were declared on November 23. Mahayut won a landslide victory in the election. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) emerged as the largest party with 132 seats. Apart from this, the Shiv Sena of the Sindh Party won 57 seats and the NCP led by Ajit Pawar won 41 seats.

Prime Minister Modi Shah will also attend the swearing-in ceremony

Sindh to be sworn in as deputy chief minister

Fadnavis to be chief minister for third time
Devendra Fadnavis will serve as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra for the third time. Yesterday, he was unanimously elected as the leader of the Maharashtra BJP legislative party, paving the way for him to be sworn in as chief minister for the third time. His first term as chief minister was for five years between 2014 and 2019, while his second term was in November 2019 and lasted about 80 hours.
