The announcement follows a period of legal challenges for Fincham. Last year he successfully appealed and walked out of court after being sentenced to six weeks in prison for dangerous dog ownership.
Prosecutor Erin Peck said Fincham’s dog bit a runner in Swanley, Kent, in September 2022. Essex Police said a man in his 40s reported being bitten on the arm by a dog.
Ms Peck said the runner had accepted an apology and Fincham would be given a warning and put on responsible dog ownership courses.
She said the conditions offered at the time included that his dog must be muzzled, but Grays, in Essex, was later charged following a second incident in June last year when his dog lost control. Essex Police said that during the Grays incident, a woman in her 40s reported a dog grabbed her leg without causing any harm.
Fincham was ordered to pay a total of £3,680, including £2,000 in dog maintenance costs, a £961 fine and £200 compensation to Mr Suder.
Richard Cooper, for Fincham, said the defendant had “no savings” but the magistrate said Fincham could pay in installments, initially at £400 a month.

He had previously been on extended probation for driving offences, including drug driving.
Fincham and Dale found love in the villa and split in 2019, with Dale now married to footballer Jarrod Bowen.
