CPS says that allegations under review under investigation
The Crown Prosecution Service said that the allegations against former Royal Marine Paul Doyal would be placed as a police investigation as a review.
CPS Mercy-Chashire, the chief crown prosecutor for Sarah Hammond said: “Investigation is in an initial stage.
“Prosecutors and police have continued to work at a pace to review a large amount of evidence.
“This includes several pieces of video footage and several witness statements.
“It is important to ensure that every victim gets justice that they deserve.”

Accused with suspected, 53,?
The 53 -year -old suspect has been accused with two cases of wound with intention, two counts of severe physical damage with intentions, two counts of severe physical damage with intentions and a count of dangerous driving.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service, a wound allegation and a serious physical damage are related to a child.
Police confirmed that the people injured in the incident were from nine to 78 and all 79 are British.

A former Royal Marine has determined to appear in court today, a former Royal Marine of driving a vehicle in a crowd of fans at Liverpool’s victory parade.
53 -year -old Paul Doyal, who is from West Darby, Liverpool, is accused of seven crimes after the incident at the city center on Monday, resulting in injuries to 79 people.
They are accused of two cases of wounds with intentions, two counts of severe physical damage with intentions, two counts of severe physical damage with intentions and one count of dangerous driving.
