Live shell recovered from vegetable area in Badgam

Budgam, 21 May (KDC): On Wednesday, a live shell was recovered from a botanical area in Bathar area of ​​Ompora in Budgam district of Central Kashmir.

Sources told Kashmir.com that shell was found in the botanical area related to Ajaz Ahmed Wani, son of Wali Mohammed, a resident of Bathar Ompora in Budgam district.

A team from the police station Budgam reached the spot and the shell was recovered. A squad was allegedly alerted to assess and neutralize explosives.

Police said the circumstances around the presence of Shell are being investigated. “Further details are awaited,” said an official. (KDC)
