Toronto- LGBTQ-owned record label has launched the “left-off-center” Canadian musicians supporting Canadian musicians.
In the wrong records, the founder, the Toronto-elastic entertainment lawyer and former music manager Dani Oliva become a rare example of an open transgender executive on a music label.
Oliva says that he intends to focus on artists outside the mainstream and fill a void left by wide trimmed on the major label, which says he leaves many artists.
The first signs of the Erant include HiTian-Canadian singer-song Charmi, who co-written Nelly Fartado’s “Better to Ever” for his latest albums “7,” and Gas, native to Toronto, who released “I Think We Worth Saving” earlier this year.
Its management division has signed a two-time Grammy-winning engineer Emarson Mansini and Canadian-Japanese guitarist Hiroki Tanaka, who is in the east of Juno-Naminated band Yamantaka // Sonic Titan.
Ernt David Massey is supported by Shane Carter, former president of Arista Records and president of Sony Music Canada, and its release will be distributed via New York -based media company The Orchard.
Oliva stated that the label’s headquarters is in von, Onts with a Canadian staff, with a Canadian staff and mainly plans to focus on Canadian musicians, especially the queues and/or people of black, indigenous or color, said Olive.
Oliva said by Los Angeles’ phone, “Ethics is representing artists who usually do not represent in public realm.”
“He is a little artist with a Bipoc artist, queue artist, a left -side perspective with artists.”
The Oliva Vancouver indicates the Indie Label Nattwork Music Group as a bright example of what it expects to achieve. The company was established in the 1980s and helped to establish a career of Sara Mclaclan, Barraced Ladies and others in the global market.
“I think it is important to promote relationships within Canada, but you too, in my opinion, take into account a global perspective,” said Oliva.
“And (wrong) focuses to help the artists grown in Canada develop their global relations that they like, and it includes in the US”
