Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday assessed the damage to civilian areas and residential houses due to unprotected shelling by Pakistan in Uri and the border villages of Gingle.
In a post on X, LG’s office wrote, “Uri in the border villages of Gingle and assessed damage to civilians and residential houses due to unsafe shelling by Pakistan.”
“I have directed the district administrator to provide immediate relief to the affected families and ensure their safety and safety.” Reads the post.
