Srinagar, 09 August: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha paid tribute to brave army personnel L/NK Pritpal Singh and Seep Harminder Singh, who sacrificed the highest sacrifice in the ongoing operation against terrorists in Kulgam.
