Poonach, 21 May: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday announced government jobs for those who lost their lives in the shell of Pakistan.
The announcement was made by the Lieutenant Governor addressing the families affected in Poonch.
LG expressed grief over the loss of life in the shells of Pakistan and also expressed sympathy with the bereaved families.
He said, “Loss of life cannot be compensated. We are standing with families in the grief of this time. Those who are losing their lives will be given government jobs,” he said it is in addition to the support of the Center for the affected families.
He said, “Both the central and state governments are trying to compensate the families. The damage is being assessed and once the report is completed, the measures will be taken accordingly,” he said.
He said that community bunkers have already been constructed in many places, but the number of individual bunkers will be constructed soon to ensure the safety of the border residents.
