Sources said that Srinagar, May 20: A high-level security meeting is being chaired by LG Manoj Sinha in Srinagar to discuss the current situation in Kashmir and the upcoming Amarnath Yatra.
He said that the meeting is being attended by intelligence agencies, top officials of Jammu and Kashmir Police and Security Forces.
A major agenda point will be the upcoming Amarnath Yatra, which is scheduled to begin on 3 July.
A source said that the officials will discuss and review the security arrangements for the pilgrimage to ensure a smooth and safe experience for the devotees.
