Israel And Hamas Officers are meeting in one Egyptian Resort on Monday for indirect talks on US peace plan Gaza,
The dialogue at Sharm al-Sheikh’s Red Sea Resort will focus on the first phase of a ceasefire, including a partial comeback of Israeli forces as well as the release of hostages organized by terrorists in Gaza in exchange for Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli’s custody, according to a statement by Hamas.
Jered Kushner, son-in-law of US Middle East Envoy Steve Witcoff and President Donald Trump, is also expected to attend the conversation, the Egyptian state-run Al-Aaram said.
Hamas gave the latest push for peace after accepting some elements of the US peace plan, a step welcomed by Trump. Israel has said that it has supported the new American attempt. Under the scheme, Hamas will release the remaining 48 hostages – about 20 is considered alive – within three days. It will leave power and disarray.
Hamas -led militants kidnapped 251 people and killed around 1,200 civilians on 7 October 2023, which triggered the war. Most hostages have been released in ceasefire or other deals.
Gaza’s Health Ministry said that the toll of Palestinian death in the war reached 67,160 on Monday. The ministry does not suggest how many of the people killed were citizens or fighters, but say that women and children are almost half dead. The ministry is part of the Hamas-Interested Government, and the United Nations and many independent experts consider its figures to be the most reliable estimates of the war-time casualties.

Hundreds of women in Istanbul formed a human chain to express solidarity with Palestinian women and children killed in war in Gaza.

Gaza Health Ministry says that Israeli attacks kill 19 in the last 24 hours
The Health Ministry in Gaza said on Monday that the bodies of 19 people, including two-supporters killed by Israeli strikes and bullets, have been brought to hospitals in the last 24 hours. Another 96 was injured.
The ministry said the deaths were tolls up to 67,160 since the Hamas attack on 7, 2023, triggered the war, around 170,000 injured, the ministry said.

Egyptian President Abdel-Fatah al-Sisi on Monday welcomed Trump’s efforts to stop the war in Gaza.
He said, “A ceasefire, the return of a ceasefire, the withdrawal of hostages and prisoners, the rebuilding of Gaza, and the beginning of a peaceful political process that leads to the establishment and recognition of the Palestinian kingdom, means that we are on the right path towards permanent peace and solid stability,” he said.
He underlined the importance of preserving the “peace system” prepared by the US in the Middle East since the 1970s, stating that “served as a strategic outline for regional stability.”
L-Sisi commented at a television address while recalling the anniversary of October 6, 1973, the war with Israel that reconstructed the Egyptian Sinai Peninsula, where Sharm al-Sheikh is located.
