Delhi is preparing for the latest edition of Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) 2024 with partners Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI)scheduled to begin on October 9, 2024 at the Grand Hotel.
The season opener will include buta brand created by designers Anith Aroracelebrate its 15th anniversary. The collection is themed around nostalgia, blending childhood memories with a quirky “country-core” aesthetic. Expressing her excitement, Arora said this milestone is special as it marks Pero’s growth in the fashion industry.
Sunil SethiThe FDCI Chairman highlighted the global recognition Arora has received for blending traditional Indian textiles with Western designs. He emphasized that the opening show will spark trend-setting conversations.
Similarly, Jaspre Chandok Reliance Brands mentioned that Pero’s anniversary showcase will bring a fresh, imaginative perspective to Indian craftsmanship.
The event will end with the grand finale Rohit Bal October 13, 2024 Known for its signature elegant design.
