Srinagar, 15 JulyOfficials said: On Tuesday, a woman died after being hit by a high speed vehicle in Bemina area of Srinagar.
An official told the news agency -Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the incident occurred near the SDM office in Bemina when the woman collided with the vehicle while crossing the road.
He said that he was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The woman has been identified as Nasima Begum wife of Phase Ahmed of Kupwara. Police has taken cognizance of this case- (KNO)
