death of Former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley being investigated by new Jersey As per reports medical examiner.
The 74-year-old man died last Friday. He had a fall at home in September, reportedly causing a brain hemorrhage, due to which he was put on life support.
according to tmzFrehley is now receiving an external examination of the body as well as toxicology testing from the Morris County Medical Examiner.
The publication also confirmed that an autopsy had not been performed at the time of death.
His cause of death will not be finalized until toxicology reports are completed in the next few weeks.

Frehley’s tour manager John Ostrowski shared via Facebook on September 25 that the musician had suffered a “minor collapse” and would have to cancel upcoming tour dates.
A subsequent update to Frehley’s official page on October 6 announced: “Due to some ongoing medical issues, Ace has made the difficult decision to cancel his remaining 2025 dates.”
His death was announced on 17 October by his family, who said in a statement: “We are completely heartbroken and heartbroken. In his final moments, we were fortunate enough to be able to surround him with love, care, peaceful words, thoughts, prayers and intentions as he left this earth.
“We cherish all of his best memories, his laugh, and celebrate the strength and kindness he gave to others. The magnitude of his passing is of epic proportions, and beyond comprehension. Reflecting all of his incredible life accomplishments, Ace’s memory will live on forever!”
Frehley’s fellow founding members of Kiss, Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, said in a further statement: “We are devastated by the passing of Ace Frehley. He was an essential and irreplaceable rock soldier during some of the most formative foundational chapters of the band and its history. He is and will always be a part of Kiss’s legacy. Our thoughts are with Janet, Monique, and all those who loved him, including our friends around the world. The fans were also involved.”

frehley was born Paul Daniel Frehley in The Bronx, New York City on April 27, 1951He performed in several bands in New York before answering an advertisement placed by rhythm guitarist Stanley in 1972. bassist simmons and drummer Peter Criss, who was looking for a lead guitarist.
