King Charles III and Queen Camilla delighted fans with their appearance in the latest video jointly shared by the Commonwealth and the royal family to celebrate a milestone.
In the video, the 75-year-old monarch looks healthy and fit as he delivers the message on the big day. Queen Camilla was also seen in full enthusiasm in the video.
The playful video was captioned: “Today we celebrate 75 years of the modern Commonwealth.”
“Since its founding in 1949, the Commonwealth has grown in both scale and influence with 56 member states, spanning six continents and representing a third of the world’s population.”
A video message from the cancer-stricken King was played during the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey on 11 March 2024. The event was attended by Queen Camilla, Prince William and other members of the royal family. However, the future king is not shown in the video.
