“It’s kind of surprising,” he told the publication in an interview published Friday. “He’s a really easy kid, but my wife Kayte has been exemplary. The first two kids, we were still improving a little bit, but we were good at it.
The actor added, “He’s been sleeping through the night.” “He’s in little charge of her right now, and he’s a wonderful kid. He was smiling at me this morning, and we were chatting a little.”

Grammer also opened up about what it means to be an older father and how he raised his other children.
He added, “I have grown children and I still think about that.” “I think, ‘Okay, maybe I could do all this better. I wish I could do it a little better. I wish we were closer.’ “My family and I have had a great life and the opportunities I have had with my kids.”
He added, “You’ve got a little bit of design, a little bit of focus and a little bit of responsibility.” “I was probably a little weak on that element in the early days, because I was still strengthening myself, figuring out where all my demons lived, and where all my anxieties were, and all the tragedies that had happened to me, I was still sorting out some of that when I started having kids.”
Grammer has spoken about his love for fatherhood in the past. he told Diversity In June 2024: “My kids – my little kids, big kids – I’m happiest when they’re all in the same room together.
“My work has allowed me to be able to do that. I’ve been given this great experience. It’s been painful and challenging, hard and sad — all of these things. But boy, it’s a great life. And I want to pass that on to them.”
