Kaushal Dekashant Samaroh: PM Modi guaranteed the guarantee of the initiative of the youth and the bright future of Bihar

New Delhi, October 4 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi took initiative of various youths worth Rs 62,000 crore during the Kaushal Dexant Samaroh in New Delhi, giving a decisive push for education, skills and entrepreneurship for youth across the country.

He also launched several projects for youth in Bihar, calling him a “bright future guarantee”.

The Kaushal Dekhanam Samaroh is the fourth edition of the National Skills Craeper Celebration, which was organized according to the Prime Minister’s vision, where 46 All India Toppers will be failed from Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) under the Ministry of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship.

During this time, the Prime Minister also addressed the youth of Bihar, which aims to highlight major development schemes focused on education, skills and employment.

His address was attended by youth in a packed auditorium in Patna, where Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary were also present.

Addressing the incident, he extended desires to ITI students and said, “A few years ago, our government started a new tradition of large -scale pests for ITI students. Today, we are all watching another milestone in this tradition … Today’s ceremony is a symbol of India’s importance for youths all over the country. Two more major education and skill development projects have been started.”

“As long as we do not surrender to hard work, and hardworking people do not get respect in society, then they cannot feel good about themselves. This incident is an initiative to change the mindset. We follow the path of ‘Shravev Jayate, Shrimava Puyate’. With this feeling, it is also for a bright future.

“Under the leadership of Nitish Kumar, a proposal came to make the event a mega program. Today, with this incident, many development projects have been started for the youth of Bihar … It is a guarantee of their bright future … This mega program shows priority to the NDA government’s places on the youth and women of Bihar,” he said.

The Prime Minister launched a central-proposed scheme with employment change and investment of Rs 60,000 crore through PM-Setu (Prime Minister Matri Skilling and upgraded ITI.

The scheme envisages upgradation of 1,000 government ITIs across the country in a hub-end-spoke model including 200 hub ITIs and 800 spoke ITIs.

“Today, two more major schemes have been introduced, and with the PM-Setu scheme worth thousands of crores, our ITIs will now be directly and strongly associated with industries. In the country, in Navodaya Vidyalayas and Eklav Model Schools, 1,200 skill labs have also been inaugurated even today,” he said.

PM Modi said that India is a country of knowledge and skill, which he called the “greatest strength” in the country.

“When skills and knowledge meet the needs of the country, their strength increases with many folds. Today, the 21st century demands that we promote local talent and resources rapidly, keeping in mind the needs of the country, and thousands of our ITIs play a big role in it,” he said.

He said, “Today, young people are being trained in about 170 trades in these ITIs. In the last 11 years, more than 1.5 crore youth have been trained in these trades, which means they are associated with various regional skills and technical qualifications,” he said.

Praising the role of the Prime Minister, ITI, said, “Our ITIs are not only excellent institutions for industrial education, but they are also the workshop of ‘Antrifik Bharat’. That is why our focus is not only on increasing their number, but also on upgrading them continuously.”

He said, “Through the PM-Situ scheme, these ITIs will be upgraded. New machines, modern machines will be introduced. Industry training experts will come here. The syllabus will be upgraded as per the current and future demands,” he said.

PM Modi mentioned that in the last decade, about 5000 new ITIs have been installed. He said, “The country got 10,000 new after independence and 5000 new after Modi came to power.”

The Prime Minister launched the Savitri Savit Bhatta Yojana of Bihar’s reform, under which every year about five lakh young graduates will get a monthly allowance of Rs 1,000 for two years, as well as free skill training.

He Also Laid The Foundation Stone for New Academic and Research Facilites in Four Universities of Bihar, Namely Patna University, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University in Madhepura, Jai Prakash Varakash Varakash Viswidyalaya in Chapra, and Nalanda Open University in Patna, Under the PM-Asha (Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan).

Together, these projects will benefit more than 27,000 students by enabling modern academic infrastructure, advanced laboratories, hostels and multi-disciplinary teaching, with total allocation of Rs 160 crore.

PM Modi also dedicated the Bihata campus of NIT Patna to the nation. With the ability to host 6,500 students, the campus house advanced features, including the 5G use case lab, a regional educational center for space set in collaboration with ISRO, and a innovation and incubation center that has already supported nine start-ups.

In addition, the Prime Minister inaugurated the Jan Nayak Karpuri Thakur Kaushal University in Bihar, imagined to provide industry-oriented courses and vocational education to create a world-related workforce.

PM Modi also distributed appointment letters to more than 4,000 newly-intellectual candidates of Bihar government and released Rs 450 crore in the scholarship through direct profit transfer to 25 lakh students of class 9 and 10 under the Chief Minister’s Balak/Girls Scholarship Scheme.
