Kate risks new wave of backlash ahead of Prince Louis’ birthday

Kate Middleton will come under renewed scrutiny if she decides to follow this tradition on Prince Louis’ birthday.

The Princess and Prince William’s youngest son will turn six later this month, and fans are wondering if photos of the youngster will be released.

For the uninitiated, Kate frequently demonstrates her love for photography by capturing photos of the royal family, including her three children: Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Louis.

These photos are also published as official portraits on birthdays and other special occasions.

talking fox newsRoyal commentator Christopher Andersen warned the princess not to post photos of herself taken on April 23 following the recent Photoshop fiasco surrounding Mother’s Day images.

He suggested: “My advice would be to either have Kate take the photo without retouching, or have Kate take the photo and explain up front how and why she retouched the photo, or have a professional photographer take the photo and do all the explaining.

“I mean, does it really matter? The conspiracy theories are going to continue anyway. That particular genie is out of the bottle.”

The fears date back to last month, when Kate caused an uproar over doctored photos of herself with her children.

She later apologized to the crowd on official social media.

“I want to apologize for any confusion caused by the family photos we shared yesterday. I hope everyone celebrating Mother’s Day had a very happy Mother’s Day. C,” she wrote at the time.
