East white House Press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre Has said that his new book aims to provide a “road map” to move away from the two-party system.

“When I left the administration this year I was just minding my own business, going to the supermarket, picking up my kid, going to the coffee shop, and people would come up to me crying and say ‘What’s happening? Why isn’t the Democratic leadership fighting? We need more, how do we get out of this?’ He said.
“And I talk about this in the book and it has created an opportunity for me, as a private citizen, to now say how do we focus on where we are today, how do we move forward, and what is a road map that people can follow to engage?
“I think it’s really important to get involved and engaged and that’s what this book is about.”

In Jean-Pierre’s new book Independent: A look inside the broken White House, across party lines The former senior political adviser opened up about his decision to leave the Democratic Party after Trump took office in January this year.
She wrote that when Biden announced her exit from the presidential race and was later replaced by Kamala Harris, she was left wondering how she could channel her frustration into “concrete action.”
Jean-Pierre wrote, “The Democratic Party had defined my life, my career.”
“Everything I did was tied to improving people’s lives. The party was the vehicle that allowed me to not only get a front-row seat to history, but to do things first.” [Barack] in his administration following Obama’s presidential campaign, but also making some history for herself as the first black woman and openly gay person to become White House press secretary. I had never thought of leaving the party till now.
He wrote that he began considering becoming an independent after the Democratic Party deployed a “firing squad” on Biden following a disastrous TV debate against Donald Trump.
“Now the cloud of anxiety hanging over me turned into thoughts of how could I possibly do something different. How could I turn my frustration into some kind of concrete action that would allow me to fight for what I believe in without giving blind allegiance to a party I felt I no longer deserved,” she continued.
“‘You know what? I’m going to become an independent. I don’t think I can afford to be in the Democratic Party anymore.'”
She revealed in June that she was leaving the Democratic Party while promoting her book, which was released on October 21.
