Karan Wahi on working with Jennifer Winget in ‘Raisinghani vs Raisinghani’: ‘It’s always fun’

Jennifer Winget and Karan Wahi are well-known names in the entertainment industry. They have had an illustrious career in hit TV and OTT shows and have built a loyal fan base over the years. Despite playing various roles in films, the duo is still remembered as Dr Riddhima and Sid from the cult show Dil Mir Gaye. The pair have maintained a strong friendship over the years, but eager fans have been waiting for them to return to the screen together. Much to their delight, Karan and Jennifer are back with their sizzling chemistry and powerful performances in the series Raisinghani vs Raisinghani.

Talking about working with Jennifer Winget again and portraying the bold romance between their characters, Karan Vahi told India Today that there is a certain level of comfort when one works with friends and people one knows . He mentioned that Raisinghani vs. Raisinghani is different from other shows and has a lot of “ups and downs”. He added that their roles required physical intimacy between the characters. For Callan, if he doesn’t know his partner well, he still worries about “not crossing the line and making them uncomfortable.” But with Jennifer Winget, he felt at ease because of their years of friendship. He said: “I’ve known her for 10 to 15 years, so it’s easy. It’s comfortable because you know each other so well and little things can make a big difference not only in performance but in helping each other grow. And It’s always fun to work with friends.”

While Jennifer Winget and Karan Vahi were loved on their debut, their fans have missed them over the years. Explaining why they were not cast together again since their run in Dil Mir Ghai ended, Karan said he wanted to know why the producers didn’t consider them for the show again. However, Karan reasoned: “But there may have been a time when she was doing TV, and I was not doing TV, but hosting. So sometimes I feel that the makers can’t think of you together. In the end, everything is fine, and the ending is also good.”
