He is toxic and has no chance to win.

Former vice -president Kamla Harris announced on Wednesday that she would not seek the governorship of her home state of California, setting a possible 2028 runs for the presidency.
60 -year -old Harris said in a statement, “I love this state, its people and its promises.” “This is my home. But after deep reflection, I have decided that I will not run for the Governor in this election.”
