Justin Baldoni’s $400m defamation lawsuit against him it ends with us co-star, Blake Lively, And Her husband Ryan Reynolds, is formally ended after a deadline has passed.

back in june, Judge Lewis Lyman dismissed the lawsuit After it was revealed that Lively’s sexual assault allegations were legally protected.

He gave Baldoni until the end of October to file an amended complaint, but the writer-director did not respond.

According to documents seen by PeopleJudge Lyman also said that he had contacted all parties on October 17 to warn them that he was preparing to render a final decision to end the case.

Lively was reportedly the only person to respond, asking the judge to announce a final decision and saying that her request for legal fees should remain active. The judge agreed to this request.

Independent Representatives for Baldoni and Lively have been contacted for comment.

After the case was initially dismissed, Lively wrote on her Instagram Stories: “Like many others, I have felt the pain of a vindictive lawsuit, including the fabricated shame that tries to break us. While the case against me was lost, many do not have the resources to fight back.”

Lively said she is now “more determined than ever to stand up for every woman’s right to speak up to protect herself, including her integrity, her dignity and her story.”
