Mental illness is a terrible thing, and this is the only way I can think of describing it. Of course it is not a clinical diagnosis, and I would probably say “allegedly” to keep the lawyers happy, but it is a sick puppy according to reports.

A Texas was allegedly wearing only a diaper and a cool around his neck when he contacted an 11 -year -old girl and her friend to bring to the parking lot. 45 -year -old Vesley World allegedly pulled out of her truck and approached the girls who were riding their bikes near Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyxas.
He allegedly shouted, “Go Go Ga Ga, I need a diaper change!” World was eventually arrested in Smith County Jail on charges of criminal trespass and a minor was requested. The 11 -year -old told the police that she was frightened and ran into a street with her friend.

The child told the officer that she was shaking fearfully. The girls went to an adult whom the child recognized, and the son of that adult again went to the area. According to the affidavit, the girls were trembling and could barely speak. He described a “scary man”, who said, “Will you change my diaper for me?” ,
World matched the suspect’s details, and the police stated that he had demonstrated similar behavior in the past. The document describes a history description in 1999, which includes the same acts as Vormal, including young girls, including public indecency, publicly wearing diapers and staring at their ex -girlfriend. At one point, they were banned from going to any park within the city of Tyler.
According to the affidavit, World has a sexual fetish wearing diaper and has a reputation to be sexual predators towards children, especially girls who are 8 to 12 years old.
