Quebec – A judge has been determined to rule today whether the three men who face terrorism have to bail in an alleged conspiracy to forcibly seize the land in the city area.
Quebec Court Judge Rene de La Sablenière heard evidence and arguments in three days.
Simon Anger-Odate, 24, Rafael Lagke, 25, and Mark-Orley Chabots, 24, face allegations of convenience of terrorist activity, and other charges related to illegal storage of firearms and occupation of explosive and prohibited equipment.
There is a publication ban on the details of the bail hearing, who has heard from an RCMP officer, the three accused and several members of his family.
A fourth accused – Matthew Forbes, 33 – Facing allegations of weapons and was granted bail under a long list of conditions that include wearing GPS tracking bracelets.
Canadian armed forces have said that Forbes and Chabott were active members of the army at the time of their arrest.
