John Stones It has been admitted that the retirement has crossed his brain amidst the 2024/25 season injury.

“My feelings were high. I was not thinking directly. I don’t think I would ever (retire),” Stones said.
“I said that when the city wanted me to get a new challenge, I said ‘I am going to fight’. I all know when I was a child – why should I stop now?
“So yes, I have the fight and the victory is the mindset that does not want to stop.”
