Advisor, in many districts of Jammu, warns of heavy to heavy rainfall, including Katua, Samba, Doda and Kishtvar, leading to increased risk of flash floods, landslides and inflammation rivers. By Tuesday, the water level may increase over the flood alarm. Poonach, however, is likely to be at least affected.

In the valley, South Kashmir is estimated to face the maximum effect, especially in high access where acute rainfall – and even the pir can trigger snowfall on the upper access of the panjal – flash flood and downstream surge. Central Kashmir can see moderate rainfall, while North Kashmir is expected to be largely unaffected.

Residents have been warned to trekking or enterprise in hilly areas by Wednesday, which is amid a warning of flood floods, shooting stones shoots and potential travel disruption in high passes. People living in low-to-death and flood-prone areas have also been urged to be vigilant. (KDC)
