J&K HAJ Committee issues revised schedule for canceled flights

The Jammu and Kashmir Haj Committee on Tuesday released a revised program for Haj Chartered flights, which was earlier canceled due to the shutdown of the Srinagar International Airport earlier this month.

According to the notification, flights will resume from May 25, 2025.

According to the notification, there are six flights in the revised schedule which were canceled between May 7 and 12. An additional flight was already adjusted on 15 May. Overall, seven flights carrying 1,895 pilgrims were affected by the cancellation.

A senior Haj Committee official confirmed that one of the originally scheduled flights (dated 8 May) was divided into two. “With this arrangement, the backlog made due to seven canceled flights will be completely cleaned,” the official said.

As per the revised flight dates, the flight SG-5207 is originally scheduled on May 25, SG-5208 will originally departs on 8 May 27, SG-5208 SG-5208 will be scheduled on 8 May 8 May 8, scheduled on May 28, SG-5209 Originally SG-5210 will leave SG-5210 originally on 10 May. Will depart on 12 May 31 May.

The Haj Committee has assured that a separate notification about reporting time in Haj House, Bemina, Srinagar will be issued soon.
