Srinagar, May 07, KDC: Jammu and Kashmir LG has ordered a reshuffle in the police department, which affects the transfer and posting of several senior officers with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by J&K Home Department, Uttam Chand, IPS, IG (POS) HQ, now in addition to its own duties, IGP (HQRS) will conduct the charge of IGP (HQRS) PhQ, J&K, IG (Tech), and IG (Telecom). He M. Suleman Chaudhary, replaced by IPS, who is relieved of additional charge.
Vinod Kumar, IP, Dig Armed, Jammu, have been entrusted with additional allegations of Deeg I Jammu, while Mohammed. Arshad, JKPS, Director Home-Guards, Jammu, Dig HG/CD & SDRF, will also conduct charge.
The order stated that Hariprasad KK, IPS, are waiting for adjustment, posted as additional SP Baramulla, and Mr. Karthik Shrotriya, IPS, also waiting for adjustment, is posted as additional SP Anantnag, replacing Sajad Ahmed Sheikh.
Mukund Tibruval, IPS, has been deployed as SP Oms Border and Kandi Katua, and Sajad Ahmed Sheikh, Additional SP Anantnag, now SP CTC Lathpora (Vice Principal).
Additionally, Ghulam Hasan Sheikh, Additional SP Anantnag (on All Reserve Post), Rameez Raja, Die. Ko IR-23 is transferred and posted as IR-23.
