J&K, first among all states /UT to get approval under PMGSY-IV

Srinagar, June 10, KDC: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, which to approve 316 road projects in J&K UT, PS42224 CR at an estimated cost of PS42224 CR

J&K is the first in all states /UTS which was approved under PMGSY-IV. The largest package approved for J&K under PMGSY will provide connectivity for 390 numbers with more than 250 souls.

The Lieutenant Governor noticed that the length of the approved 1781 km road would give a big boost to the rural road connectivity and in a new era of prosperity in remote areas.

Lieutenant Governor posted on X “Honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi ji and Honorable Union Minister of Rural Development Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan ji to provide connectivity of 390 sects under PMGSY-IV’s Batch-I for approval of 316 road projects to approve 316 road projects.
