JD Sports Plans have been revealed to allow customers to purchase their products directly through the AI ​​platform without leaving the app.

Mr Chowk said they had seen AI use particularly flourish among the retailer’s core group of shoppers aged 18 to 24.

This launch will first be conducted with Microsoft Copilot and then extending it to other leading large language models (LLMs).

U.S. consumers will be able to find and purchase JD Sports products using the AI ​​platform throughout the entire shopping process, including integrated payments.
