Japan has officially launched its e-visa program for several countries, including India. This single-entry visa is valid for up to 90 days and is designed for travelers who plan to enter Japan by air and hold an ordinary passport.
For individuals seeking short-term travel in Japan, the introduction of electronic visas (e-Visa) through the Japan e-Visa system has simplified the process of obtaining a visa.
who is qualified
The following countries and regions are eligible: Australia, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
This eligibility is also applicable to Indian citizens and foreigners residing in India
Residents of these countries or regions (except those exempted from short-term visas) can apply for an e-visa through the Japan e-visa website.
