A prison officer Who used to hunt on the fact that he thought there was a 13 -year -old girl who was spared in jail using a messaging app during her lunch break.
Peter Sugden, 46, began to communicate with a kick profile in June 2024, and sent pornographic messages and sexual remarks to a fictional teenager in 16 days.
He believed that it belonged to a young girl from Essex, however, she was actually giving the message of a so -called pedophile hunter from an online security team who managing the decoy account.
The group managing the account traveled and faced it on 27 June, and then approached the police.

According to the prosecution, Sugden’s mobile phone was examined and 12 images found 12 images of child abuse, including category A to C.
Sugden appeared in Falkirk Sheriff Court on 2 April and admitted to taking or making indecent pictures between March 2019 and June 2024.
He also accepted an attempt to commit indecency with a child.
He was given a three -year community peback order in the same court on Tuesday and will be subject to supervision and ban.
He was also added to the register of sexual criminals.
Proxureter fiscal Helen Nisbet for Tidside, Central and Murali said: “Peter Sugden deliberately organized a sexual exchange online, with which he thought as a 13 -year -old girl.
“After his arrest, his phone included many pictures of child sexual abuse and misuse.
“Sugden has now been held accountable to his hunter and exploiting conduct, and we hope that this prosecution makes us take action against such abusive people.”
Scottish jail service has been approached for comment.
