Iran says nuclear talks are now “meaningless” after Israel’s strike: Report

According to a report by Meher News Agency (MNA), Iran’s Foreign Ministry said on Saturday that any conversation with the United States on Tehran’s nuclear program is “meaningless” after the recent Israeli’s recent attack on the Iranian region.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmayel Bagi Hamah said that the US did not claim to negotiate, allowing Israel to carry out military attacks.

“The other side (America) worked in a way that makes the dialogue futile. You cannot claim to negotiate and at the same time divide the work by allowing the Zionist regime (Israel) to target the territory of Iran,” MNA reported that, Bajei said.

Bagi also accused America of supporting the Israeli attack. He said that the Israeli regime “managed to influence the diplomatic process” and claimed that the strike would not have taken place without the permission of Washington.

Iran had earlier accused the United States of getting entangled in Israel’s military action.
The sixth round of US-Iran nuclear dialogue was scheduled to take place in Muscat on Sunday.

However, after the Israeli attacks, it is not clear that the meeting will proceed.
The Meher news agency cited the Reuters, stating that US President Donald Trump said that he and his team knew that Israeli attacks were going to happen, but still believed that there was a possibility of an agreement.

Meanwhile, a few hours after the first Israeli strike, Trump issued a warning to Iran, urging “before too late” to attack a deal.

In a statement shared on Truth Social, Trump said: “I gave Iran a chance after giving a chance to make a deal.

“They are all dead now, and it will only be worse! Already there is great death and destruction, but the time to create this slaughter is still, with the already already already already already more cruel, come to the end. Finally. Iran should make a deal before making a deal, and who was once known as the Iranian Empire, save it.

Trump’s comments come between Israeli and Iran amidst increasing tension.

On Friday, Israel launched that it was described as “pre-Khali” attacks on Iran’s nuclear features. In an explanation posted on X, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said: “Iran is more close to obtaining nuclear weapons. The Iranian regime has an existent threat to Israel and a wide world.

After the attack, CNN reported that several top officials of Iran, including senior military leaders and nuclear scientists, were killed.

In response, Iran allegedly launched a littering monster and missile strike on Tel Aviv. Israel has continued its counter strike since then. (AI)
