iQoo Z9 Turbo design, battery details revealed; expected to be launched in April

iQoo Z9 Turbo will be launched in China soon. The company has confirmed the name of the phone along with some key features. The phone is expected to be unveiled alongside the iQoo Z9 5G which will be launched in India on March 12. Several details about the phone have surfaced online over the past few weeks. Now, a senior company official has confirmed some important features of the iQoo Z9 Turbo. The phone’s release schedule has also been teased.

in a weibo postalAt the press conference, vivo Vice President Jia Jingdong revealed some details about iQoo Z9 Turbo. iQoo Z9 Turbo is confirmed to be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and equipped with a 6,000mAh battery. It also features a 1.5K 144Hz display and is 7.89mm thick.

In a promotional image shared by a Vivo executive, the iQoo Z9 Turbo is available in Silver/White color options and has a glossy finish. The rear camera module in the upper left corner looks similar to the iQoo 12 – square in shape with rounded edges. The module houses two camera sensors and the stamp reveals that the cameras will support optical image stabilization (OIS). An oval LED flash is placed on the outside of the module. The power button and volume rocker are located on the right edge.

Although the launch date of iQoo Z9 Turbo has not yet been announced, it is likely to be unveiled later this month. iQoo product manager Xeng Ching also shared a series of posts on Weibo discussing the iQoo Z9 Turbo.she wrote In one post, “The excitement is about to start this month” (translated from Chinese), hinting at a possible launch. The Weibo listing states that the post was posted using an iQoo Z9 Turbo phone.
